Ingredients
- 2 cans Corn Kernels (or 3 c. Grilled Corn on the cob)
- ¼ c. Mayo
- ¼ c. Sour Cream
- Juice of ½ Lime
- 2 tbsp. Jalapeño (finely diced)
- 3 tbsp. Red Onion (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro (chopped)
- ¼ c. Cotija Cheese (substitute Parmesan cheese if needed)
- 3 tbsp. Champ’s Choice seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
