This sauce is the most amazing flavor. A tangy flavorful alternative to mayo!! It's a must have for any sandwich or burger. I also added it to my egg salad. It's a game changer.
Never heard of Alabama White sauce until about a month ago when a friend made chicken for us (not this sauce though). Researched, found and then ordered this and tried it on grilled chicken. Marinated the chicken about 30 minutes before grilling. Added a top-off coating the last five minutes on the grill. Wow, was this great. My wife and I were stunned at how good it was!. I would even say it was life altering. Now I plan to always have some on stock.

Shipping was super fast! The seasoning itself is smokey and delicious! It's not overpowering and gives everythign a nice flavor. So far I like it best on chicken and burgers. The Tailgate Foodie included a freebie "Fishin in the dark" seasoning which I really enjoy! It's similar to old bay and I think it'll be really good with fries! I'm 100% satisfied with my order.

I've used this to make a sauce/dip as well as to season my sausage sandwiches. It's a very versatile seasoning. Great product with excellent packaging, so I would definitely consider this a great gift item as well.
Got Grilling Essential 6-pack for fathers day last year. Entire family enjoyed all of them, didn't try "Under the Sea", we don't eat seafood. We smoked thighs, butts, cream cheese and grilled steaks, burgers with "Steakhouse and Backyard". Both were gone by August. Got the BBQ sauces, "White Lightning" Alabama sauce is unbelievably good. Ordered the Taste of America 6-pack for myself and Grill Classic 3-pack for my dad for fathers day. Can't wait to try em out.
This is my least favorite I got. I have to be honest, i haven’tused it yet. However, the smell of this seasoning reads way more like a mole than birria. Im looking forward to trying it, and hopefully I’m wrong.

Ive been a big fan of mustard based sauces from the low country since I met Brewers great, Gorman Thomas. He produces and sells his own mustard based sauce called Stormin’ Sauce. I thought it was the best stuff, until I tried this sauce! It’s versatile, flavorful and special. I highly recommend it!

Again, not what I’d expect from a creole seasoning, in a great way! The depth of flavor is off the charts! It doesn’t over power the food youre using it on, as a lot of creole seasonings are known to do. This one has earned a dedicated spot on my overcrowded spice rack
