I smoked wings for the wild card weekend for all my buddies. I had array of sauces (including all three tailgate sauces) and everyone said they loved them with out sauces. The seasoning is awesome!
Love a mustard-based BBQ sauce and this hits the mark. Mustardy, vinegary, and not too sweet. Amazing on chicken and in large quantities.

I stumbled across a bundle of your sauce several months ago and White Lightning was the first one I used up. I searched the web to get refills and your home site was the only one who had White Lightning in stock. Sorry I didn't come here first! I love this stuff and will always keep back ups handy. This is my go to seasoning for venison loin. It takes the gaminess out and tastes great.
Tastes great, originally the smell made it seem like the flavor was going to be a bit too strong but after cooking and eating my beef with this, Absolutely loved it.
I have and still in food service for the past 38 years and I have made my fair share of sauces but by far this Alabama White Sauce is game On ! It its all of the right notes of flavor and mouth appeal.

This sauce is the most amazing flavor. A tangy flavorful alternative to mayo!! It's a must have for any sandwich or burger. I also added it to my egg salad. It's a game changer.
Never heard of Alabama White sauce until about a month ago when a friend made chicken for us (not this sauce though). Researched, found and then ordered this and tried it on grilled chicken. Marinated the chicken about 30 minutes before grilling. Added a top-off coating the last five minutes on the grill. Wow, was this great. My wife and I were stunned at how good it was!. I would even say it was life altering. Now I plan to always have some on stock.
You can’t go wrong with the tailgate foodies seasoning, and sauces. Love them all.
