Yardbird Poultry Seasoning: Pitmaster Edition I smoked wings for the wild card weekend for all my buddies. I had array of sauces (including all three tailgate sauces) and everyone said they loved them with out sauces. The seasoning is awesome!
Love a mustard-based BBQ sauce and this hits the mark. Mustardy, vinegary, and not too sweet. Amazing on chicken and in large quantities.
