Uh oh, I did it again. Sarah sent over her recipe for the week. Reading comprehension, well, reading in general, is hard. I stopped reading after the word steak...
Turns out she wanted me to make a salad. I had to run back to the grocery store and get some green stuff, put some sort of dressing on them, and just call it a salad...with 2 big, soft croutons.
Look, don't judge me. There is a reason I've gained 30 lbs. in the past couple years and it ain't from throwing back salads. Anywhoozles...

Cut of meat: Sirloin Steak
Recipe: Cherry and Goat Cheese Steak Salad
Honestly, her recipe looks incredible. You got some cheese, pecans, steak, and a little rabbit food cuz health. I mean this, I would eat the entire thing, but I have to think of my audience and my audience likes carbs. I am probably going to feel really bad after making this recipe because I may eat all of the King's Hawiian bread, sorry Mrs. Foodie. I can get you some later.

I've said this in the past and I stand by it, even though I'm not following these recipes to a "T", these challenges are incredibly fun for me. It gets the creative juices flowing and I feel badass breaking the rules...that she has stated are there to be broken.
