Steak Sliders with Cherry BBQ Sauce and Goat Cheese
Servings: 4 Foodies
When life gives you cherries, use The All-American and create a Cherry BBQ Sauce. When life gives you goat cheese, do your best to not eat it all before the sliders are done.

The How To:
Ingredients
2 lbs. Wells Farms Sirloin Steak
2 tbsp. Caffe Tailgate Coffee Rub
1 package King’s Hawaiian Slider Buns
1 c. The All-American BBQ Sauce
2 c. Cherry Juice
3 oz. Dried Cherries
4 oz. Goat Cheese
Argulua
Balsamic Glaze
Olive Oil
Instructions
Set sauce pan to medium and pour in CHERRY JUICE and DRIED CHERRIES. Reduce until juice in borderline syrupy.
Once syrupy, add in THE ALL-AMERICAN. Stir until evenly incorporated. Take off burner and set aside for later.
While juice is reducing, season your SIRLOIN STEAK with CAFFE TAILGATE and sit at room temperature for during the duration of the reduction.
Once sauce is reduced, place pan on burner set to medium, medium/high. Add a tbsp of oil. Place steak into pan. Let it sear for about 5 minutes. Flip and do the same. (I prefer my steak FOR SANDWICHES to be closer to medium.). Pull at 140F and rest for 10 minutes.
As STEAK is resting, build your ARGULUA salad. Toss ARGULUA with BALSAMIC GLAZE and OLIVE OIL. Measure with your heart.
Once STEAK is rested, build your sliders! I do this order: ARGULUA,STEAK, CHERRY BBQ SAUCE, then GOAT CHEESE.
MUNCH!

Common Questions
Can I use other cuts of beef?
Absolutely! In fact, if you’re not a beef eater, this would be good on pretty much all other proteins…except fish. Don’t put goat cheese on fish.
I get this blend as much as I possibly can. I put it on burgers, sure, but I’ve also found that it’s fantastic on other grilled meats as well. It just works and I can’t get enough!
