The How To:

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef (80/20)
1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage
2/3 c. Red Onion (minced)
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 Eggs
1/8 c. Milk
1/3 c. Bread Crumbs
5 tbsp. KC Combo
The All-American BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 225F.
  2. Place ALL INGREDIENTS into mixing bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Roll 2 oz. of mixture into ball. (Should make about 20) and place on baking sheet.
  4. Smoke for 30 min.
  5. Pull and sear in heavy bottom pan until meatballs are 165F.
  6. Serve hot with side THE ALL-AMERICAN!

Notes

  • These can be an App or a Main! A big way of changing this is the size of the meatball itself.
  • For a different flavor profile, baste the meatballs every 5 minutes with the sauce being utilized.
  • Make BBQ Meatball subs with these!

  1. What if I don't have a smoker?

You can very easily make these in an oven with the same process. Sear meatballs first, then finish them in the oven set to 350F.
