Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Like smoked buffalo chicken wings...without the bones!

The How To:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Chicken
- 1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
- 1/2 c. Red Onion (minced)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 Egg (whole)
- 1/4 c. Buffalo Sauce
- 1/3 c. Bread Crumbs
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Kickin' Chicken
- Blue Cheese or Ranch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place ALL INGREDIENTS into mix bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated.
- Roll 2 oz. of mixture into ball. (Should make about 12) and place on baking sheet.
- Sear outside of meatballs in pan.
- Once seared, bake meatballs are 165F.
- Serve hot with side of Blue Cheese or Ranch!

Notes
- Use different buffalo sauces (both brand and spice levels) to your liking!
- Mix Frank's Buffalo with The All-American to make a Buffalo BBQ Style meatball.
Common Questions
- Can I make these in the smoker?
YUP! Smoke at 225F prior to searing. Pull them after about 30 minutes, sear and start dipping!
2. Can I do this without cheese?
Go for it! Or if you just don't like cheddar, try other cheeses (Blue, feta, etc.)
