The How To:


1lb. Crab Meat
1 tbsp. Under the Sea (or Fishin In The Dark)
1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Chives
1/4 c. White Lightning
1 tbsp. Lowcountry Gold
1 Whole Egg
1 box (8.5 oz.) Cornbread Mix


  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place all ingredients except Cornbread Mixture into a bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. Dump Cornbread Mixture and mix until evenly incorporated.
    Roll balls into desired size. Should make 20 for appetizer size.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until top begins to brown.
  5. Pull and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  6. DOWN THE HATCH! (<get it?! Fishin reference)


  • Make the UNDER THE SEA AIOLI for a great dipping sauce for these.
  • Dip in White Lightning or Lowcountry Gold, too!
