This marinade SCREAMS grilling marinade. Not only does the beer help tenderize the meat, all of the other flavors pernitrate the meat and take your Southwest cuisine WAY up!

Instructions
Place all ingredients in to 1 gallon bag.
Mix around. Place whatever you want to marinade in. (This is perfect for any protein going on the grill. Marinade is made for about 2 pounds of meat.)
Marinade for minimum of 4 hours.
It smell great, but don't drink it after the marinade.
Notes
If doing red meat, utilize a Dark/Amber Lager. My preference is Modelo Negra or Dos Equis Amber
If doing a lighter meat (pork or chicken), utilize a light lager. Modelo, Dos Equis, Miller Lite, Bud Light, etc.
Adjust spice level is needed. Add Jalapenos or Serono Peppers to marinade.
