The How To:

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 6 oz. Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 Red Onion (fine chop)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Ultimate Slice
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flake (optional)
  • 2 oz. Red Wine (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place saute pan on burner set to medium.
  2. Pour in Olive Oil. Place Onion and Garlic into pan. Cook 2-3 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add to everything Italian!

Notes

  • This isn't your classic, light Neapolitan style sauce. This is an in your face, thick boy of a sauce. IT IS SO GOOD!
  • Use it as a pizza sauce or a dipping sauce.
